 Health guarantee/Contract

This puppy is guaranteed to be free from any life threatening disease or illness for 7 days from the date of pickup/delivery. This puppy is up to date on temporary vaccinations and parasite control ( see health record for treatment and dates). This puppy was found to be free from any discernable heart problems, skin and coat condition are good, eyes are clear, and breathing sounds are clear.This puppy must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days of receiving the puppy or this contract will become void. Should the examining vet find this puppy to have a serious life threatening illness or disease within the first 7 days ( excluding hypoglycemia, internal and external parasites, or coccidian ).The seller must be notified within 24 hours of diagnosis and the puppy must be returned, accompanied by a documented proof of illness from a licensed veterinarian within in one week. The breeder/ seller will replace the puppy of equal value when available. The breeder/ seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of his/her choice to have diagnosis verified. This puppy must be kept up to date on all age appropriate vaccines and parasite control. Any problems resulting from abuse, neglect, or lack of follow up care, or poor care will void this contract. All medical expenses will be the responsibility of the new owner.

  There is no guarantee that this puppy will mature into a show dog or acceptable breeding stock. There is no guarantee of size or color at maturity. There is no guarantee on seizures due to low blood sugar, poor care or neglect. This puppy has been determined to be of good temperament at the time of sale ; however, the breeder/seller assumes no responsibility for puppy's temperament at time of maturity.

This puppy has received the best of care and love while in our home. We want our puppies to be in homes where they will receive the same, and we want their new families to be happy, however puppies are not sold on a trial basis.
